This section describes the built-in Help features of Joomla.

• Administrator Help - an overview of the Help options, including Toggle Inline Help, the help source, and local and remote help for components.
• Guided Tours - an introduction to Guided Tours, a useful feature to help new or inexperienced users to perform everyday tasks such as creation of content and menu items.
